The American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) (www.afge.org) is the largest federal employee union representing 600,000 federal and D.C. government workers nationwide and overseas. FLRA
The Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) (http://www.flra.gov/) is an independent administrative federal agency that was created by Title VII of the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978. Among the FLRA’s responsibilities are resolving complaints of unfair labor practices (ULP), adjudicating legal issues relating to duty to bargain (NEG) and resolving impasses during negotiations (Impasse).
